NARO 5th International Symposium on Food and Health
-Health and Gastronomy-
In today’s aging society, extending healthy life expectancy and improving quality of life are critical issues, and there are high expectations for “health through diet.” Advances in AI and data utilization are making “personalized nutrition” a reality. In addition, new findings are emerging which show events in the digestive organs affect the entire body. At the same time, eating is directly linked to quality of life, and achieving both “health” and “deliciousness” is essential. This symposium will share the latest research on “health and gastronomy” and discuss food industry innovation from a global perspective, aiming to build new collaborations and promote the growth of the food industry through the expansion of the “food and health” sector.
