For Those Who Wish to Make a Presentation at the Meeting

To make a presentation, you must be a member of JPSA. Please submit the membership application form and complete the payment for the 2025 annual membership fee. The membership fee can be paid via Peatix.

Registration

<General Flow>

  1. If you are new to Peatix, please create a Peatix account first.
  2. Click the “GET TICKET” button on the right-hand side of the event page. By purchasing a ticket, your registration will be completed.
  3. On the ticket selection screen, select the ticket you wish to purchase, adjust the quantity to “1,” and choose your payment method.
  4. Fill in the required fields in the “Organizer Survey.” Your registration will be complete once this step is finalized.

How to Participate in the Meeting

By around March 25, the Zoom URL for the presentation venue will be posted on the “My Tickets” – “Join Event” – “Organizer’s Announcement” page after logging into Peatix. Additionally, on March 26 (Wednesday), an email will be sent to your registered email address with information regarding access to the general presentation venue on March 28. Please check your email for details.


Downloading Abstracts (PDF Version) and General Meeting Materials

By around March 25, the Zoom URL for the presentation venue, as well as the URLs for accessing the general meeting and presentation abstracts, will be posted on the “My Tickets” – “Join Event” – “Organizer’s Announcement” section after logging into Peatix. Additionally, on March 26 (Wednesday), an email containing the URLs will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your email for details.


Purchase of Printed Abstracts

The printed version of the abstracts will not be published for the 2025 Spring Meeting. Please use the downloadable PDF version for the presentation abstracts. We appreciate your understanding.

Accepted methods include: Credit Card / Convenience Store Payment / ATM Payment / PayPal

Note: Convenience store or ATM payments incur an additional fee of 220 JPY.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that tickets cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason after purchase.
