※All registration fees include the PDF version of the proceedings.
※Registration is free for students and overseas (both members and non-members).
※Student members can pay the annual membership fee at the same time as registration.

If you wish to make a presentation, you need to be a member of JPSA.
Please submit the application form, and pay the annual membership fee for the year 2021.

Registration      <General Flow >
1. If you are new to Peatix, please create a Peatix account first. 
2. Please click “GET TICKET” button at the bottom of the right column. By purchasing a ticket, your registration will be completed.
3. On the ticket selection screen, select the ticket you want and enter “1”, or click “+” to make it “1”. Select a payment method.
4. Please fill in the required items in the “Organizer survey”. Registration is complete when this operation is completed.

Participation
By around September 10, we will post the Zoom URLs for Room 1 and Room 2 and the URL for accessing the proceedings on your dashboard.
On your dashboard, under Tickets you can see a list of all the events you have bought tickets for.
Please click View Ticket(s) to view your web ticket.

Help attendee (How can I access my web ticket?)

We will also send an email to your registered email address on September 15 (Wednesday), the day before the meeting, with information about access to the venue and the proceedings.

Purchase of printed version of proceedings
Fee ¥2,000
You can receive the proceedings before the meeting if you purchase it by August 25 (Wed.).
If you purchase it after August 26 (Thu), you will receive it after the meeting.
※We are sorry, but we do not ship proceedings overseas for this meeting. 

Payment method:
Credit card / Convenience store payment / ATM payment / PayPal
For tickets purchased with Convenience Store/ATM payment, there is 220 JPY payment fee.

Cancellation of participation and Refund
Please note that once you have purchased a ticket, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
